Ahimsa is a fast, it's fame is ranked first under Jain ' Panchmahavrat '. It is also ranked in the Panchsheel of Buddhist Philosohpy . In Yoga darshan, it's place under 'Yama' is paramount. Non- Violence has been placed at the core of religion in almost all religious observances. ...
