In all societies, whether modern or primitive, agrarian or industrial, man aware of his dignity and virtue of his power of thinking. Deprivation presents through-out the life of human being but it intensifies during the old age. The concept of retirement came with modernization, urbanization, industrialization and bureaucratization.
