सामाजिक अधिकारा ें के अन्तर्गत समाज के अन्य सदस्यों का े छति

पहंुचाए बिना कुछ भी करने की स्वतंत्रता सम्मलित ह ै। किसी अनुसूचित जाति

के व्यक्ति का े दुकान, सार्वजनिक जल पान गृह, सार्व जनिक मना ेरंजन क े

स्थान, होटल, अस्पताल, धर्मशाला, सराय, मुसाफिरखाना में जाने से रा ेकने पर,

नदी, झरना, तालाब, कुआं, हौज, पानी के अन्य स्त्रा ेता ें-सार्व जनिक नल, स्नान

घाट, कबि ्रस्तान, श्मशान, सड़क आदि पर जाने पर रा ेक लगाने आदि पर रा ेक

लगाना दण्डनीय अपराध ह ै। इन सामाजिक अधिकारों से अनुस ूचित जातिया ें के

सदस्या ें का े उच्च जातिया ें द्वारा बाध्यताप ूर्ण रूप से वंचित रखना या अवरा ेध

उत्पन्न करना अनुसूचित जातिया ें के प ्रति सामाजिक अत्याचार की श्रेणी में

आता है। प्रस्तुत आलेख जबलप ुर जिले से संब ंधित अत्याचार से पीड़ित

अनुसूचित जातियों से संबंधित ह ै। जिसमंे अनुसूचित जाति के अत्याचार से

पीडि ़त दलितों का अध्ययन किया गया है। जिन्ह ें उच्चजातियों के व्यक्तिया ें

द्वारा विभिन्न सामाजिक अधिकारा ें क े उपभोग से व ंचित किया गया।

Social rights include the freedom to do anything without leaving the other members of the society untouched. River, waterfall, pond, well, water, other sources of water-public tap, if any Scheduled Caste is prevented from going to the shop, public drinking water house, public entertainment place, hotel, hospital, Dharamshala, inn, Musafirkhana , Banning of bathing ghats, cemeteries, cremation, road etc., etc. is a punishable offense. Depriving members of the Scheduled Castes from these social rights as compulsively or obstructing them by the upper castes comes under the category of social oppression towards the Scheduled Castes. The article presented is related to the scheduled castes suffering from atrocities related to Jabalpur district. In which the Dalits suffering from atrocities of Scheduled Castes have been studied. Who were denied the consumption of various social rights by the persons of the upper castes.
