Abstract

शारीरिक आघात से कही अधिक पीड़ा दायक मानसिक आघात होता

ह ै। जिसमें पीड़ित व्यक्ति जीवन पर्यन्त पीड़ा का अनुभव करता ह ै। सामाजिक

दृष्टिकोण से निम्न जातिया ें का े निरंतर सामाजिक अपमान का सामना करना

पड़ता ह ै ं वही समाज में स्त्री का े भी इस पुरूष प ्रधान समाज में दलिता ें की

तरह व्यवहार किया जाता है। एक दलित परिवार में जन्मी महिला को ता े

दलिता ें के भी दलित समझा जाता ह ै। और वह समाज एव ं परिवार दा ेना ें म ें

निम्न ही होती ह ै। जहाॅ सामाजिक व्यवस्था दलिता ें के प ्रति द्वयम स्तर क े

नागरिक की तरह व्यवहार करती ह ै वही दलित परिवार में उत्पन्न ह ुई

महिलाओं का े इसकी दोगुनी यातनाएँ एवं पीड ़ा भोगनी होती ह ै। जाति व्यवस्थ

के सा ेपान क्रम में निम्नतम एव ं घ ृणित स्थिति, पुरूष प्रधान पितृसत्तात्मक

व्यवस्था में उप ेक्षित व्यवहार को सहना पड़ता ह ै। जो हमारे धर्म गं्रथो एवं

प ुराणों में दैवीय आदेशनुसार स्त्रिया ें का े ईश्वरीय आदेश की मानसिक बेडि ़या ें में

जकड़कर मना ेवैज्ञानिक रूप से पीडि ़त जीवन व्यतीत करने का पाठ पढ़ाती ह ै।

अर्था त् शारीरिक आ ैर मानसिक गुलामी एवं अत्याचार का े सहन करक े जीवन

व्यतीत करने आ ैर विरा ेध न कर पूर्व जन्मों एवं दैवीय आदेश मानकर स्वीकार

करने के सामाजिक विधानों के अ ुनसार पति परमेश्वर की धारणा का अनुसरण

करती र्ह ुइ  सती होती ह ै जा ैहर करती ह ै।

प ्रस्तुत आलेख, जबलप ुर जिला के अनुस ूचित जाति कल्याण प ्रका ेष्ठ

में प ंजीबद्ध मामलों का े लिया गया ह ै। जो बलात्कार से पीड़ित दलित महिलाआ ें

पर केन्द्रित ह ै। जिसमें बलात्कार से पीड़ित दलित महिलाओं की सामाजिक

प ृष्ठभूमि का े ज्ञात किया गया है।

        Physical trauma is more painful than physical trauma. In which the victim experiences life-long suffering. From the social point of view, the lower castes have to face constant social humiliation, in the same society, women are treated like Dalits in this male dominated society. A woman born in a Dalit family is considered a Dalit even among Dalits. And it happens in both society and family. Where the social system treats the Dalits as dual-level citizens, the women born in the Dalit family have to suffer double the torture and suffering. The lowest and disgusting position in the hierarchy of the caste system, neglected behavior has to be tolerated in the male dominated patriarchal system. In our religious texts and Puranas, it teaches the lesson of women to lead a psychologically afflicted life by holding them in the mental shackles of the divine order. That is, according to the social laws of living and tolerating slavery and tyranny, and living and not opposing and accepting the divine orders, the husband does the Jauhar, following the concept of God. The submitted article, registered cases have been taken up in the Scheduled Caste Welfare Cell of Jabalpur district. Which focuses on Dalit women suffering from rape. In which the social background of Dalit women suffering from rape is known.
