मानव अधिकार ए ेसे अधिकार है ं जो प ्रत्येक मनुष्य को केवल मनुष्य

होने के नाते प ्राप्त होने चाहिए, चाह ें इसके लिए र्कोइ  कानूनी व्यवस्था हो या

नहीं। भारतीय सभ्यता एवं संस्कृति में मानव धर्म को हमेशा सर्व ेश्रेष्ठ माना

गया। हमारी सनातन परम्परा व्यक्ति-व्यक्ति मे ं का ेई भेद नही ं करती अपितु

मानव ही नहीं प्राणी मात्र के कल्याण की कामना करती ह ै। प ्रस्तुत पत्र में

मानवाधिकारा ें की गांधीवादी परिप ्रेक्ष्य मे ं चर्चा  की गई ह ै।

       Human rights are the rights that every human being should get only as human beings, whether there is a legal system or not. Humanism was always considered the best in Indian civilization and culture. Our eternal tradition does not make any distinction between individuals but to wish for the welfare of not only human beings but animals. In the paper presented, human rights are discussed from a Gandhian perspective.

Student, Dept. of Home Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Kesar Chayal  Assistant Professor, Dept. of Home Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India The present study was an attempt to investigate the preference of information sources by agriculture farmers. Study was conducted in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. 75 respondents were selected through random sampling method for the study and personal interview technique was used for data collection. Data related to information source used by the farmers revealed that mobile phone was the most preferred source by the farmers (70.66%).
