सार रूप में यह कहा जा सकता है कि पं. नेहरू न केवल राष्ट्रवाद

अपितु अन्तर्रा ष्ट्रीयवाद के भी समृद्ध प ूरा ेदा माने जा सकते ह ैं। भारत की

विभिन्न प्रकार की विविधताओं एव ं मतभेदा ें को उन्हा ेंने भारत की कमजोरी नहीं

अपितु भारत की एक मजबूत ताकत के रूप में उभारने म ें अपनी महत्त्वपूर्ण

भूमिका निभाई ह ै। पंडित नेहरू आधुनिक भारत के न केवल निर्मा ता माने जाते

ह ैं अपितु ये संप्रभु राष्ट्र, समाजवाद, प ंथनिरपेक्ष, लोकतांत्रिक एव ं गणतंत्रात्मक

व्यवस्था के वास्तविक शिल्पकार माने जाते ह ैं। इन्हा ेंने अन्तर्रा ष्ट्रीय राजनीति में

राष्ट्रा ें के व्यवहारिक एव ं आदर्श पूर्ण व्यवहार के लिए अनेक नवीन सिद्धान्त

प ्रतिपादित किये। जिनक े दर्श न हम प ंचशील समझा ैते के बिन्दुआ ें बाण्डूंग

सम्मेलन में दिये गये विचारों एव ं गुटनिरपेक्षता के सिद्धान्त के रूप में देख

सकते ह ैं। ये ए ेसे सिद्धान्त है ं जिनका अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में प ं. नेहरू से प ूर्व

किसी भी रूप में प ्रचलन नहीं था।

        In essence, it can be said that Pt. Nehru can be considered as a prosperous prophet not only of nationalism but also of internationalism. They have played an important role in the emergence of India as a strong force, not the weakness of India but the variety and differences of India. Pandit Nehru is considered not only the creator of modern India, but also the true architect of the sovereign nation, socialism, secular, democratic and republican system. He gave many new theories for the practical and ideal behavior of nations in international politics. Whose philosophy we can see as the point of view of the Panchsheel agreement, the ideas given in the Bandung Conference and the principle of non-alignment. These are principles which were not practiced in any form before Pt. Nehru in international politics.
