महिला समाज की आधार‛िाला ह ै। नारी की महत्ता प ्रत्येक युग की

माँग रही ह ै। नारी संपूर्ण सामाजिक कत्र्त व्या ें को भली भांति पूर्ण करती रही है।

इस ॉाोधपत्र में उत्तरमध्यकालीन राजस्थान के हाड़ौती क्षेत्र की महिलाओं की

सार्वजनिक जीवन में भ ूमिका का े वर्णि त किया गया ह ै, जा े कि उनकी

तत्कालीन सामाजिक स्थिति को चित्रित करता था। यह ॉाोधपत्र हाडौती के

राजघराने एवं सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के संप ूर्ण जीवन व ृत्त पर प्रका‛ा

डालता ह ै । इस ॉाा ेधपत्र हेतु अपनायी गयी ॉाोध विधि के अ ंतर्गत हाड़ौती क्ष ेत्र

से संबंधित साहित्य, राजस्थान राज्य अभिलेखागार, बीकानेर एवं कोटा

अभिलेखागार के विभिन्न भंडार, बस्ता ें एव ं बहियों से महिलाओं की संप ूर्ण

सामाजिक गतिविधियों की जानकारी प्राप्त की र्गइ  है निष्कर्ष तः कहा जा सकता

ह ै कि महिलाओं से संब ंधित इस अध्ययन में महिला को भी इतिहास का एक

महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष बनाने का प ्रयास किया गया है ताकि महिला की गरिमा का े

जीवंत रखा जा सके।

Women are the cornerstone of society. The importance of women has been a demand of every era. Woman has been carrying out all social duties well. This paper describes the role of women in Hadoti region of late medieval Rajasthan in public life, which portrayed their erstwhile social status. This paper sheds light on the entire life-cycle of Hadoti's royal family and general category women. Under the research method adopted for this paper, literature related to Hadauti area, various stores of Rajasthan State Archives, Bikaner and Kota archives, information about the entire social activities of women have been obtained from settlements and books. In this related study, an attempt has also been made to make women an important aspect of history so that the dignity of the woman can be kept alive.
