1991 के बाद सरकार द्वारा किये जा रहे प ्रयासों के फलस्वरूप प ्रदेश
में बड ़े उद्या ेगा ें के स्थापना के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा उद्यमिया ें का े आशय
पत्र/इच्छा पत्र जारी किये गये। उत्तर प ्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उदारीकरण के
बाद निजी उद्यमा ें को प ्रा ेत्साहित करने के लिए नियमों एवं लाइसेन्सीकरण को
उदार बनाया गया तथा साथ ही साथ विभिन्न सुविधाए ं भी प ्रदान की गयी
जिसका प ्रभाव स्पष्ट रूप से प ्रदेश के उद्या ेगा ें पर दिखाई देता ह ै। उदारीकरण
के बाद वर्ष  1992-93 से लेकर वर्ष 2011-12 तक लगभग 20 वर्षा ें में कुल
1387 बृहद् उद्योगा ें की स्थापना की गयी, जिसमें कुल 44263.83 करोड़ रू0
का निवेश किया गया एवं 2,21,114 व्यक्तिया ें का े रा ेजगार उपलब्ध कराया गया
तथा 112583.59 करोड़ रू0 का आ ैद्योगिक उत्पादन ह ुआ।

After 1991, as a result of the efforts made by the government, letters of intent / wish letters were issued by the Government of India to entrepreneurs for setting up large industries in the state. After liberalization by the Uttar Pradesh government, liberalization of rules and licensing was liberalized to encourage private enterprises and at the same time provided various facilities whose impact is clearly visible on the industries of the state. After liberalization, a total of 1387 large industries were established in about 20 years from the year 1992-93 to 2011-12, in which a total investment of Rs 44263.83 crore was made and employment was provided to 2,21,114 persons and Rs 112583.59 crore Industrial production was done.
