        In this paper criteria on uniform asymptotic stability is established for impulsive functional differential equations with infinite delay. It is shown that certain impulsive perturbations may make unstable systems uniformly stable, even uniformly asymptotically stable.

Study was conducted in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. 75 respondents were selected through random sampling method for the study and personal interview technique was used for data collection. Data related to information source used by the farmers revealed that mobile phone was the most preferred source by the farmers (70.66%).
