Abstract       

 सामाजिक न्याय किसी भी समाज का सर्वा धिक महत्वपूर्ण मूल्य ह ै,

इसके बिना समाज का अस्तित्व संकट में पड ़ सकता ह ै आ ैर धीरे-धीरे वह

समाज विलुप्त भी हा े सकता ह ै। वस्तुतः सामाजिक न्याय की स्थापना किसी भी

समाज का प्रथम लक्ष्य हा ेना चाहिए। भारत में भी स्वतंत्रता के पश्चात् जब

संविधान का े लागू किया गया ता े उसमें इस लक्ष्य का े अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण स्थान

दिया गया। प्रस्तावना से लेकर अनेक ए ेसे प ्रावधान किए गए जिसस े सामाजिक

न्याय की स्थापना को बल मिले। इसके बावजूद इसे भारतीय समाज का

दुर्भा ग्य ही कहा जाएगा कि संव ैधानिक प ्रावधानों के उपरा ंत आज भी भारतीय

समाज में सामाजिक न्याय, दलित उत्पीड़न, भेदभाव व छुआछूत सर्व त्र व्याप्त

ह ै।

सामाजिक न्याय से अर्थ है, कि समाज में रहने वाले प ्रत्येक व्यक्ति

का े बिना उसके धर्म व जाति ध्यान म ें रख े, जीवन की मूलभूत अनिवार्य

आवश्यकताओं का े जैसे-भोजन, कपड़ा आ ैर मकान की पूर्ति हो, प ्रत्येक व्यक्ति

का े सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक विकास का समुचित अवसर प ्रदान हो, मानव का

मानव द्वारा शोषण न किया जावे आ ैर आर्थि क सत्ता का विकेन्द्रीकरण हा े।

तथा राजनीतिक शक्ति में सभी की समान भागीदारी हा े।

Social justice is the most important value of any society, without it the existence of the society may be in crisis and gradually that society can also become extinct. In fact, the establishment of social justice should be the first goal of any society. In India too, when the Constitution was implemented after independence, this goal was given a very important place in it. Many provisions were made from the preamble to the establishment of social justice. Despite this, it will be called a misfortune of Indian society that even after constitutional provisions, social justice, Dalit oppression, discrimination and untouchability are prevalent in Indian society even today. Social justice means that every person living in the society, irrespective of their religion and caste, needs to fulfill the basic essential needs of life, such as food, clothes and houses, every person has a proper opportunity for social and economic development. Granted, humans should not be exploited by humans and there should be decentralization of economic power. And everyone should have equal participation in political power.
