Abstract
अनुमान के अनुसार पांच हजार वर्षो की अवधि से माना जाता है। भारतीय
संस्कृति व सभ्यता विश्व की सर्वा धिक प्राचीन एवं सम ृद्ध संस्कृति व सभ्यता है।
इसे विश्व की सभी संस्कृतिया ें की जननी माना जाता है। जीने की कला में विज्ञान
हो या राजनीति का क्षेत्र भारतीय संस्कृति का सदैव विशेष स्थान रहा है। मानव मंे
ही वह अद्भ ुत शक्ति व क्षमता मौजूद है कि वह संस्कृति का निर्माता कहलाने का
अधिकारी है। मानव इसलिये मानव ह े कि उसके पास संस्कृति है। संस्कृति के
अभाव में मानव को पशु से श्रेष्ठ नहीं कहा जा सकता। मानव शास्त्र में संस्कृति
शब्द का प्रया ेग भिन्न अर्था े में ह ुआ है। मजूमदार एवं मदान न े ला ेगा ें के जीने क े
ढंग को ही संस्कृति मानते है। भारत विभिन्नताओं का देश है। इस महान देश की
विविधता जीवन के हर पहलू मे ं दृष्टिगत हा ेती है, वस्तुतः भारत की संस्कृति
विविधताओं आ ैर अनेकता के विभिन्न बिन्दुआ ें का समुच्चय प्रतीत होती है, जाहिर
है कि यह विविधता भाषा, साहित्य, लिपि के प्रचलन के स्तर पर भी व्याप्त है।
भारत की संस्कृतिआत्म ज्ञान पर केन्द्रित है। यहा ं पर संकीर्ण आचरण की परम्परा
कभी भी विद्यमान नहीं रही है। ‘‘जियो आ ैर जीने दो’’ की संस्क ृति वाले भारत म ें
सहिष्णुता की जड़े बह ुत गहरी है। ऐसा नही ं है कि इस पर प्रहार नही ं हुये हा े।
कभी विदेशी तो कभी हमारे बीच के ला ेगा ें ने धर्मांधता, संकीर्ण ता, क्ष ेत्रीयता के
आधार पर संस्कृति की जड़ पर कुठाराघात किया लेकिन वे सदैव पराजित हुये।
इस प्रकार यदि हम सा ंस्कृतिक समग्रता पर विचार करें तो हमें सा ंस्कृतिक प्रतिमान
क्ष ेत्रीय एव ं भाषायी तथा धार्मिक विविधता के कारण भारतीय संस्कृति में अत्यधिक
वैविध्य विद्यमान दिखाई देता है। वस्तुतः भारतीय संस्कृति विभिन्न संस्कृतिया ें का
मिश्रण है, विभिन्न धर्म जाति आ ैर क्ष ेत्र अपनी परम्परा अपनी संस्कृति का पालन
करते है, अतः कला वास्तुशिल्प, नृत्य श ैली, नाट्य श ैली संगीत इत्यादि म ें
विभिन्नता पायी जाती है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी हम लोग भारतीय है और
राष्ट्रवाद के नाम पर एक हो जाते है, जो कि हमारी भारतीयता को आ ैर हमारी
सा ंस्कृतिक विकास को अक्षुण्य बनाये रखने में सहायक सिद्ध हा ेती है।
The history of synthesis and coordination of Indian culture is
believed to be from a period of five thousand years according to the muchanticipated estimate. Indian culture and civilization is the most ancient and
rich culture and civilization in the world. It is considered the mother of all
cultures of the world. The science of living or the field of politics has always
been a special place in Indian culture. The amazing power and potential that
exists in humans is that it is entitled to be called the creator of culture. Human
is human because he has culture. In the absence of culture, humans cannot
be called superior to animals. The word culture has been used in a different
sense in anthropology. Mazumdar and Madan considered the way people live
as culture. India is a country of diversity. The diversity of this great country is
visible in every aspect of life, in fact the culture of India seems to be a set of
different points of diversity and diversity, obviously this diversity also prevails
at the level of circulation of language, literature, script. The culture of India is
centered on self-knowledge. The tradition of narrow conduct has never
existed here. India has a deep roots of tolerance in a culture of "live and let
live". It is not that it has not been attacked. Sometimes foreigners and
sometimes people among us attacked the root of culture on the basis of
bigotry, parochialism, regionalism, but they were always defeated. In this way,
if we consider cultural totality, then we see a lot of diversity in Indian culture
due to cultural paradigm, regional and linguistic and religious diversity. In fact,
Indian culture is a mixture of different cultures, different religions, castes and
regions follow their own traditions, so art is different in architecture, dance
style, theatrical style music, etc. But even then we are Indian and nationalism

cultural development intact.
