Abstract

 स्वतंत्रता के पूर्व और पाश्चात्य के उपन्यासकारों ने सामाजिक,
आर्थिक ओर राजनीतिक परिस्थितिया ें को हमारे समक्ष प ्रस्तुत किया है, इस
समय के अधिकांश उपन्यास ऐसे ह ै जिनमे उच्चवर्ग, मध्यवर्ग एवं निम्नवर्ग की
भावनाओं का े समावेश हुआ ह ै। जैनेन्द्र के अधिकांश उपन्यास तथा कहानियां
ग्रामीण के साथ-साथ शहरी क्षेत्रा ें मे उहापोह को भी प ्रदर्शि त करते ह ै। जैनेन्द्र
के अपने उपन्यासों के माध्यम से स्त्रिया े की मना ेदशा का े स्पष्ट किया है।
स्त्रिया ें की शिक्षा-दिशा आ ैर पारिवारिक परिस्थितियों में मध्य स्त्री जीवन की
वास्तविकताओं का े समाज के समक्ष प ्रस्तुत करने का श्रेय जैनेन्द्र जी को जाता
ह ै। जैनेन्द्र जी का मानना ह ै कि स्त्रिया े का े परिवारवाद के अनुरूप ही रहना
चाहिए। व े सदैव नारी के गतिमान रहने के लिए पक्षधर रहे ह ै। हम कह सकते
ह ै। कि जैनेन्द्र जी के अधिकांश उपन्यासा ें की मूल समस्या नारी और उसके
प ्रेम तथा विवाह से सम्बद्ध ह ैं।

The pre-independence and western novelists have presented social, economic and political situations to us, most of the novels of this time contain the feelings of upper class, middle class and lower class. Most of Janendra's novels and stories reflect the chaos in rural as well as urban areas. Through her novels by Janendra, the mood of women is explained. The credit of presenting the realities of middle woman life to the society in the direction of education and family conditions of women, goes to Jainendra. Jainendra believes that women should remain in line with familyism. They are always advocating for the woman to be in motion. We can say That the main problem of most of Jainendra's novels is related to the woman and her love and marriage.
