Abstract

 विकास एव ं पर्या वरण एक ही गाड ़ी की दो पहि, ह ैं जा े यदि मिलकर
के एक दिशा में चलें तब ही मंजिल की प्राप्ति संभव ह ै, लेकिन यदि विकास
के लिए पर्या वरण की बलि दी र्गइ  या फिर पर्या वरण के लिए विकास के रास्त े
की उपेक्षा की र्गइ  तो अपने लक्ष्या ें की प्राप्ति करना किसी भी स्थिति में संभव
नहीं हो सकता प् यह एक ऐसी ही सीख ह ै जिसे मानते ता े सब है लेकिन
जिसकी जाने अनजाने में उप ेक्षा आदिकाल से की जा रही ह ै ् हड़प्पा सभ्यता
के विकास एव ं विनाश की कहानी भी विकास एवं पर्या वरण के बीच पहले
संतुलन एव ं फिर किसी एक पहि, के लिए दूसरे पहि, की उप ेक्षा के कारण एव ं
उसक े परिणामा ें का एक उदाहरण हमारे सम्मुख प्रस्तुत करती ह ै प ् मेरा
उद्द ेश्य इस लेख के माध्यम से उस उक्ति का े सही सिद्ध करना ह ै कि इतिहास
हमें भ ूत में की र्गइ  भूला ें से सबक सीखने एव ं वर्तमान में उन्ह ें ना दा ेहराने की
समझ देता ह ै प ् आज के महानगर दिल्ली, आगरा, मु ंबई एवं का ेलकाता का
भविष्य भ ूतकाल के हड ़प्पा एवं मोहनजोदड ़ा े जैसा ना हा े यह सा ेचना आ ैर
समझना आज की पीढ़ी के लिए विचारणीय प्रश्न है।


Development and environment are two wheels of the same vehicle, which can be achieved only if we walk in one direction, but if the environment is sacrificed for development or if the path of development is ignored for the environment then Achieving your goals cannot be possible in any situation, it is such a lesson that everyone believes but is being unknowingly ignored from time to time. The story of the development and destruction of the Harappan civilization is also the development and environment. First, the balance between one and then the first, for the first one, the reason for the neglect of the first and its consequences is presented to us as an example. My aim is to justify this statement through this article that history has given us in the past It makes sense to learn a lesson from the mistakes made and not to repeat them in the present. Thinking and understanding the future of today's metros Delhi, Agra, Mumbai and Kolkata is not like the Harappa and Mohenjodaro of the past is a question for today's generation.
