                                                           Abstract

  भारतीय नागरिका ें को अपने सर्वा ंगीण विकास के लिए संविधान म ें अधिकारों का वर्ण न किया गया ह ै। संविधान बिना किसी भेदभाव के सभी नागरिकों का े मूल अधिकारा ें की गारंटी देता ह ैं। इसके साथ ही मूल कर्तव्या ें द्वारा नागरिकों का े अपने कर्तव्यों के प ्रति सजग किया गया है ं। इससे देश की एकता, अखण्डता और र्भाइ चारे कि भावना का विकास होता ह ै तथा अपने राष्ट्र के प ्रति सेवा की भावना विकसित होती ह ै। तथा भारत की संस्कृति एवं व ैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण का े समझने के साथ सार्व जनिक सम्पति की सुरक्षा तथा हिंसा से दूर रहने की प ्रेरणा मिलती ह ै। भारतीय संविधान में मूल अधिकार एवं कर्तव्या ें का विस्तृत वर्णन किया गया ह ै। इसके साथ ही भारतीय शासन व्यवस्था एवं राजनीति के प ्रति नागरिका ें के अपने दायित्व निभाने में भी सहायता मिलती ह ै। देश के विकास के लिए सभी नागरिका ें को अपने अधिकार एवं कर्तव्या ें का पालन करना चाहिए।

The rights of Indian citizens are described in the Constitution for their all-round development. The constitution guarantees fundamental rights to all citizens without discrimination. Along with this, the citizens have been made aware of their duties by the original duties. This develops the spirit of unity, integrity and brotherhood of the country and develops a sense of service towards our nation. And with understanding of India's culture and scientific outlook, protection of public property and to stay away from violence is inspired. Basic rights and duties are detailed in the Indian Constitution. Along with this, it also helps the citizens to fulfill their responsibilities towards Indian governance and politics. All citizens should perform their rights and duties for the development of the country.
