Abstract

 संप ूर्ण विश्व में महिला उत्थान एवं महिला अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष
चलता रहा ह ै । इतिहास के प ृष्टा े से देखने पर कुछ महिला हिता ें की धारा को
भी देखा जा सकता ह ै। पुरुषों के अधीन रहना महिलाओं ने सहा जरूर है
किंतु पूर्णतया इस अधीनता को स्वीकार नही ं किया ह ै। किसी भी देश की
प्रगति के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि स्त्री- प ुरुष दोना ें का अनिवार्य रूप से
विकास हो किंतु रूढ़िवादी ढांचे में महिला का े अनेक प्रकार से जकड़ दिया
गया था। परंपरागत रूढ़िवादी प्रथाओं के कारण महिलाआ ें की स्थिति और भी
दयनीय हा े र्गइ । अतः दयनीय अवस्था से महिलाओं को निजात दिलवाने ह ेतु
ठा ेस उपाय के रूप में संव ैधानिक उपबंधा े की सहायता ली गई।

The struggle for women's uplift and women's rights has been going on all over the world. Some female interests can also be seen from the history page. Women have endured subjection to men, but have not fully accepted this subordination. For the progress of any country, it is necessary that both men and women must have an inevitable development, but in the orthodox structure, women were held in many ways. The position of women became even more pathetic due to traditional conservative practices. Therefore, the help of constitutional provisions was taken as a concrete measure to get women out of a miserable state
