Abstract

 शिक्षा किसी भी देश के विकास की सबसे अहम कड ़ी है। शिक्षा के
पद सोपानिक स्वरूप में उच्च शिक्षा उच्चतम स्थान पर स्थित ह ै। उच्च शिक्षा
समाज की बा ैद्धिकता की प्रतीक ह ै। उच्च शिक्षा का समुन्नत विस्तार ही राष्ट्र
के स्तरा ेन्नयन का मुख्य साधन ह ै। आजादी के उपरान्त हमनें उच्च शिक्षा के
क्षेत्र में बह ुत विकास किया ह ै। परन्तु वर्तमान परिदृश्य में उच्च शिक्षा के स्तर
का े और ऊॅचाइयों पर ले जाने की आवश्यकता ह ै। शिक्षा विकास की अनिवार्य
शर्त है और सरकार के पास इसके लिए पर्या प्त आर्थि क संसाधन नही ह ै।
बढ़ती जनसंख्या एवं व ैष्वीकरण के युग में उच्च शिक्षा में संख्यात्मक के
साथ-साथ गुणात्मक अभिवृद्धि की महती आवयकता ह ै। ऐसी स्थिति में
निजीकरण ही एक उपाय ह ै जिसे कतिपय दिशा-निर्देशों के द्वारा लागू करना
चाहिए। यह प ्रक्रिया समाजा ेपयागी के साथ-साथ शिक्षा को मूल्यप ्रभावी भी
बनाएगी।
Education is the most important link in the development of any country. The post of education is the highest place in the hierarchical form of higher education. Higher education is a symbol of the intelligence of society. Improved expansion of higher education is the main means of upgrading the nation. After independence, we have developed a lot in the field of higher education. But in the present scenario there is a need to take the level of higher education to higher levels. Education is an essential condition of development and the government does not have sufficient financial resources for this. In the era of increasing population and globalization, there is a great need for numerical as well as qualitative growth in higher education. In such a situation, privatization is the only solution which should be implemented through certain guidelines. This process will make education cost-effective along with social utility
