Abstract       

 हमारे समाज में महिलाआ ें की स्थिति सदैव एक समान नहीं रही ह ै।
इसमें समय समय पर परिवर्तन हा ेते रहे ह ै ं। उनकी स्थिति में व ैदिक युग से
लेकर आधुनिक काल तक अनेक पड़ाव आए हैं। व ैदिक एवं उत्तर व ैदिक काल
में उसे गरिमामय पद प्राप्त था। स्मृति काल से होते ह ुए पा ैराणिक युग तक
व ैदिक युग की देवी पद का े सुशा ेभित करने वाली महिला सहकर्मी  के स्थान पर
आ गई थी।

The position of women in our society has not always been the same. There have been changes in this from time to time. His position has undergone many stages from the Vedic era to the modern period. He had a dignified position during the Vedic and post-Vedic period. The woman who embellished the post of the goddess of the Vedic era, from the time of Smriti to the mythological era, had come in place of the colleague.
