करने पर पति }ारा दायर तलाक की अर्जी को स्वीकार करने के Ûोवाहाटी
हाईका ेर्ट के र्नि.ा य के मद्द ेनजर Ûा ेरखप ुर नÛर में विवाहित महिलाओं के विचार
का े जानने का प्रयास किया Ûया। जिसे महिलाओं ने आवश्यक ता े माना पर
, ेच्छिक भी। उपयुक्त र्नि.ाय का े पितृसत्तात्मक सोच का परि.ााम माना जा
सकता है जिसके हवा देने का काम इलेक्ट्रानिक मीडिया करता ह ै।


  In the appropriate paper, an attempt was made to find out the idea of married women in Gorakhpur city in view of the decision of the Goahati High Court to accept the divorce application filed by the husband for not using the marital insignia by the woman. Which women considered necessary but also optional. Appropriate judgment can be considered the result of patriarchal thinking, which is done by electronic media.

Study was conducted in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. 75 respondents were selected through random sampling method for the study and personal interview technique was used for data collection.
