                                                       Abstract

 किशा ेरावस्था में बच्चा ें के व्यक्तित्व का समुचित विकास करने के लिए
माता-पिता एवं शिक्षका ें द्वारा उनकी आवश्यकताओ और समस्याओं से परिचित
होकर उनकी संतुष्टि आ ैर निराकरण के लिए विशेष प्रयत्न की आवश्यकता ह ै।
इस अवस्था में शोर- किशोरी बह ुत संव ेदनशील होते ह ै ं। उनमें भय, प्रेम, चिंता,
क्रोध, ईष्र्या, आक्रोश इत्यादि संवेद बह ुत तीव ्र होते ह ै ं। आत्मसम्मान की भावना
बड़ी प्रबल हा ेती ह ै साथ ही भविष्य एव ं केरियर का े लेकर चिंतित रहते ह ैं ।
उनकी आवश्यकताआ ें, क्षमताओं एवं रुचिया ें के अनुसार प्र ेरणा प्रदान करने तथा
समुचित लक्ष्य के निर्धा रण में माता-पिता एवं अध्यापक की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका
होती ह ै क्योंकि इनके द्वारा दिया गया निर्देशन या मार्गदर्श न किशोरा ें के
सर्वांगीण विकास करने में अहम भूमिका निभाता ह ै।यह लेख शोध शीर्ष क
झारखण्ड के उच्चतर माध्यमिक स्तर के किशा ेर विद्यार्थि यों के अभिभावक श ैली
का उनकी आक्रामकता एवं श ैक्षिक उपलब्धि के सन्दर्भ  में अध्ययन का एक
सारांश ह ै।

 For the proper development of the personality of children in adolescence, special efforts are needed by parents and teachers for their satisfaction and resolution after becoming aware of their needs and problems. In this stage, adolescents are very sensitive. In them, feelings of fear, love, anxiety, anger, jealousy, resentment, etc. Are very intense. The feeling of self-esteem is very strong and at the same time, we are worried about the future and career. Parents and teachers have an important role in providing motivation and setting appropriate goals according to their needs, abilities and interests, because the guidance provided by them plays an important role in the all round development of adolescents. A summary of the study of parental style of adolescent students of higher secondary level in Jharkhand in terms of their aggression and academic achievement.
