Abstract
हमें विदेशी नहीं अपितु “भारतीय तकनीकी“ का विकास करना होगा। इसक े
लिए हम पष्चिम में हुए तकनीकी ज्ञान विकास का केवल उस सीमा तक लाभ
भी ले सकते ह ैं जिस सीमा तक वह हमारे राष्ट्र के ठा ेस विकास के लिए,
हमारे संसाधनों, समय व परिस्थितिया ें के अनुकूल हा े। भारत सरकार ने, इस
ह ेतु “भारत में निर्मा ण” आवाह्न के द्वारा विदेशी निवेशकर्ता को, भारत में उत्पादन
संस्थान व प्रशिक्षण संस्थान स्थापित कर, आयात के स्थान पर भारत में ही
निर्मा ण कर निर्मा ण कर निर्या त के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया ह ै आ ैर इन सब
तकनीकी ज्ञान एवं का ैशलों का े हम जबतक देशज ज्ञान एव ं कौशलों के साथ
सह-संबंधित नहीं कर सकते जब तक हमे हमे दूसरा े पर आश्रित रहना ही
पड े़गा। इसलिए भारतीय शिक्षा व्यवस्था की भारत की दृष्टि से ही समझ कर
भारतीय ज्ञान एवं का ैशला ें के माध्यमों से हम द ेश की आर्थिक तरक्की का
सूत्र्ापात कर सकते हैं। और इस व ृहत्तर प ्रक्रिया में शिक्षा की महत्त्वप ूर्ण एवं
प ्रभावशाली भूमिका हो सकती है।
Pandit Deendayal ji believed that for the development of India, we have to develop "Indian technology" and not foreign. For this we can also take advantage of the technological knowledge development in the West only to the extent that it suits our resources, time and circumstances for the solid development of our nation. The Government of India, for this purpose, has encouraged the foreign investor to export by setting up production institutes and training institutes in India, manufacturing and manufacturing in India at the place of import and all these technical knowledge. And we cannot correlate the skills with the indigenous knowledge and skills until we have to depend on others. Therefore, by understanding the Indian education system from India's point of view, through the medium of Indian knowledge and skills, we can initiate the economic progress of the country. And education can play an important and influential role in this larger process
