                                                   Abstract

 सृजनात्मकता व्यक्तित्व का ऐसा शीलगुण ह ै जा े प्रत्येक व्यक्ति में कम
या अधिक मात्रा में अवश्य पाया जाता ह ै। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन का मुख्य उद्देश्य
घरेलू एव ं कामकाजी महिला ;अध्यापिकाद्ध के बच्चा ें में लिंग भेद के आधार पर
सृजनात्मकता का अध्ययन करना ह ै। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन कार्य के उद्द ेश्या ें को ध्यान
में रखते ह ुए कानप ुर महानगर के विद्यालयों से 100 बच्चों का े चुना गया,
जिसमें 50 बच्चों की माताएं गृहणी ह ै तथा 50 बच्चों की मां का अध्यापन कार्य
करती है ं। परिणामों के आधार पर यह निष्कर्ष  निकला कि बच्चों की
सृजनात्मकता में लिंग भेद के आधार पर र्कोइ  सार्थक अ ंतर नहीं पाया गया है।
छात्रा ें की सृजनात्मक क्षमता का े विकसित करने के लिए पाठ्यक्रम म ें
रचनात्मक विषयों का े स्थान दिया जाए तथा विद्यालय में पाठ्य सहगामी
क्रियाआ ें का आयोजन किया जाए।
Creativity is a quality of personality which is found more or less in every individual. The main objective of the present study is to compare the creativity of the children of house wives and teachers and see the effects genetically in the center of the creativity among the children of house wives and teacher. Far these purpose 100 students of District Kanpur were selected. The mothers of 50 children were only house wives and other 50 were doing teaching work. On the basis of the result obtained, there was insignificant difference in the creativity among the children of house wives and teachers. Boys obtained higher creativity marks than Girls. Co-curricular activities and programmes should be organised to encaurage students for various creative activities.
