                                                   Abstract

 भारतीय समाज में जहाँ संविधान का शासन या कानून का नियम, अनेक धर्म,
प ंथ, पवित्र आदर्श, उदार संस्कृति, मानव मूल्य, नैतिक सद्गुण, ईश्वर में
आस्था, उसके समक्ष सभी प्राणिया ें में समानता, विप ुल आर्थिक एव ं प ्राकृतिक
सम्पदा एवं ज्ञान विज्ञान की बाह ुल्यता ह ै। वहाँ सामाजिक न्याय के प ्रति क्या
वास्तविक जागरूकता ह ै ? क्या ें पददलित, निर्बल एव ं पिछड़े लोगा ें का े न्याय
नहीं मिल पा रहा ह ै ? हमारी जनता ंत्रिक व्यवस्था में अभी भी बह ुत से लोगा ें
का े अछूत क्या ें समझा जाता ह ै ? क्या ें करोड़ा ें बच्चे अनपढ़ एव ं तिरस्कृत घूम
रहे ह ै ? गरीबी ऊँच-नीच, निकृष्ट भेदभाव हमारे समाज में क्या ें ह ै ?
सामाजिक न्याय को क्षीण या अवरूद्ध करने वाले जा े तत्व या कारक ह ै उनम ें
से कुछ इस प्रकार ह ै जैसे तार्किक आधार धार्मिक कट्टरपन, निर्ध नता, विधिक
प ्रक्रिया, हिंसात्मक क्रा ंति, चुनावी परिदृश्य, तुष्टिकरण की नीति उपर्यु क्त
सामाजिक न्याय की समस्याआ ें के अतिरिक्त अन्य समस्याएँ भी है, जैसे
अशिक्षा, अज्ञान, निरक्षरता, भ ्रष्टाचार, आतंकवाद, अंधविश्वास, धर्मा न्धता,
कट्टरवाद, क्षेत्रीयवाद, अलगाववाद, सामान्तवाद आदि इसी प्रकार के अन्य मुद्दे
या कारण ह ै जो सामाजिक न्याय क े पक्षधरों क े समक्ष उपस्थित ह ै।

In Indian society, where the rule of the constitution or the rule of law, many religions, creeds, sacred ideals, liberal culture, human values, moral virtues, faith in God, equality in all beings before him, abundant economic and natural wealth and abundance of knowledge science is. Is there a real awareness of social justice there? Why the downtrodden, weak and backward people are not getting justice? Why are many people still considered as untouchables in our democratic system? Why crores of children are roaming around illiterate and despised? Why is there discrimination high and low in our society? Some of the factors that impede or block social justice are such as logical basis religious fanaticism, poverty, legal process, violent revolution, electoral scenario, policy of appeasement In addition to the above mentioned problems of social justice, there are other problems as well. Like illiteracy, ignorance, illiteracy, corruption, terrorism, superstition, bigotry, fundamentalism, regionalism, separatism, communalism, etc., there are other similar issues or reasons which are present before the advocates of social justice.
