                                              Abstract

 सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर जनता के कल्याण क े लिये नीतियांे,
योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों का निर्मा ण किया जाता है। सरकारी योजनायें लगभग सभी
क्ष ेत्रों ज ैसे- शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, आर्थिक, सांस्कृतिक, राजनैतिक आदि अन्य क्ष ेत्रों में बनती
रहती है। ये सभी योजनायें अर्थव्यवस्था के विकास के लिये आवश्यक है। सभी
विकासात्मक योजनाओं पर कार्य करना संभव नहीं है। अतः प्रस्तुत शा ेध पत्र में मनरेगा
पर कार्य किया गया है। यह शा ेध कारोना संक्रमणकाल में छिन्दवाड़ा जिले क े विशेष
संदर्भ मे ं किया गया है। प्रस्तुत शा ेध पत्र में कोरोना संक्रमण क े दौरान जहाँ लोगों की
रोजगार पर संकट मंडरा रहा था वही दूसरी ओर मनरेगा क े तहत जिले में श्रमिका ें क े
उन्नयन का अध्ययन किया गया है। इसक े लिये जिला सांख्यिकी पुस्तिका, इंटरनेट
तथा पत्र-पत्रिकाओं को आधार बनाया है और शोध प्रविधि के रूप में अंकेक्षण और
अवलोकन को अपनाया गया है।

 Policies, schemes and programs are formulated by the government from time to time for the welfare of the people. Government schemes continue to be made in almost all areas like education, health, economic, cultural, political etc. All these plans are necessary for the development of the economy. It is not possible to work on all developmental plans. Therefore, work has been done on MNREGA in the present research paper. This research has been done with special reference to Chhindwara district during the Corona transition period. In the present research paper, during the corona transition, where people's employment was facing crisis, on the other hand, under MNREGA, the upgradation of workers in the district has been studied. For this, district statistics booklet, internet and magazines have been made the basis and audit and observation have been adopted as a research method
